Samuel Morel
CEO & FOUNDER
Samuel Morel founded Axis Responses Consulting to deliver tailored security solutions built on strategic insight and operational precision. With over 25 years of international experience, he adapts quickly to high-risk and complex client environments. His background includes law enforcement, military, and protective services roles under U.S. DoD/DoS contracts, counter-terrorism support in Africa, and service as special security advisor to a sitting African head of state. Samuel has protected UHNW individuals, executives, CEOs, C-suites, and political figures with discretion, responsiveness, and results-driven professionalism.
Julien P-S
Senior Partner & Director of Training & Operations
JP brings over 15 years of operational and instructional expertise to Axis Responses Consulting, combining special operations experience with institutional leadership. He specializes in aligning field execution with client-specific training, capacity building, and operational needs. He has led large-scale programs, including serving as Deputy Operations and Training Director on the AFRICAP mission in Benin for the DoS, where he trained more than 5,000 personnel in counterterrorism. His experience also includes close protection in Ukraine, extraction and repatriation missions across the Sahel, and advisory work supporting armed private security standards in France.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Leni is a former French Special Forces operator with 15+ years of experience in government and private security. He specializes in executive protection, crisis management, tactical medicine, and high-risk operations. He has led international training programs in close protection, CQB/CQC, tactical response, and leadership development and has also designed security and counter-terrorism programs. Currently, Leni oversees global protective operations for corporations, NGOs, and private clients, delivering intelligence-driven security strategies, risk mitigation, and resilient emergency response solutions in complex environments.
Resma Morel
Director of Client Accounts & Logistics
Resma Morel is Director of Client Accounts & Logistics at Axis Responses Consulting LLC, leading client relationship management, secure-movement logistics, and operational coordination for the firm's UHNW engagements. She brings 24+ years of senior commercial experience from the food and fresh-produce CPG industry, including Tier-1 retailer account management across Costco, Walmart, Publix, Aldi, and Ahold, with a sustained track record of 100% account retention. Her operational discipline, discretion, and commitment to long-term client trust align directly with the Axis mission of discreet, world-class service.
Samuel Simonneau
DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL OPERATIONS
Samuel brings over three decades of operational and leadership experience from the French National Gendarmerie to Axis Responses Consulting. He specializes in public order, high-risk intervention, close protection, and elite unit development, with a strong focus on adapting training to each client's environment. His career includes leading mobile gendarmerie units, serving as a specialized intervention trainer at the GIGN antenna level, protecting French diplomatic assets, and spending 15 years in Africa advising elite units. He has also led audits, instructor development, and large-scale training programs, including as pedagogical manager on the Amentum AFRICAP mission in Benin.
Renaud Viel
REGIONAL MANAGER
Renaud joined Axis Responses Consulting with 30 years of French National Gendarmerie operational and managerial expertise. High-risk intervention, crisis management, close protection, and adaptive security are his specialties. He handled difficult, uncertain situations with cool, decisive judgment as an intervention unit leader. He has led and trained intervention teams, protected diplomatic officials in high-risk circumstances, and conducted missions in France and its foreign territories. He oversaw security operations for critical sites and private-sector clients and taught Benin military soldiers under Amentum AFRICAP.

African Project Director
Wendkouni Michaël BREBA is a recognized expert in financial markets, virtual assets, and blockchain technologies, with over 12 years of experience across Africa and internationally. He supports governments, financial and legal institutions, and private companies in preventing fraud, cybercrime, corruption, asset misappropriation, and money laundering. Specialized in innovative technology solutions, he serves sectors including finance, mining, energy, logistics, healthcare, and education, with a strong reputation for integrity, confidentiality, and excellence.
